Family came to the show!!!

Our St. James' concert raised funds for The GO Project, a youth outreach project. We're joined by Susan, the youth co-ordinator, and Clyde Flight, Allison's high school principal!

Fantastic statue celebrating the arts on George St., St. John's, called "A Time" by Morgan MacDonald. In Newfoundland, "a time" is a traditional party with lots of music, food, and good Newfoundland humour!

Rehearsing with the choir at St. Thomas' Church in St. John's. They joined us on the chorus of Hallelujah (Psalm 104).

Allison & Vivian went through high school together, as well as confirmation & youth group at St. Thomas! So awesome to cross paths again!

Any Killdevil Camp alumi? Sadie ran the camp when Allison's parents were on staff. They actually met at the camp, and Allison spent childhood summers there.

Our final stop on the tour - St. Mary's Church in Cow Head. This was Allison's Dad's first parish when he was a newly ordained minister. Lots of people shared their memories of Rev. Hollis & new new bride, Helen.

This painting of Christ calming the storm hangs behind the altar of St. Mary's. It was painted by William de Garthe, who carved the amazing 30 metre granite sculpture we saw in Peggy's Cove, NS, this summer.

We started the drive home through striking Gros Morne National Park, particularly gorgeous with the fall colours.
